Ensure equipment for production activities & auxillary equipment & facilities of the company to operate continuously.
- Inspecting and planning to purchase equipment, tools and supplies necessary for repair and maintenance work. At the same time, it is necessary to monitor the order, receive goods and control the quality and quantity of purchased equipment tools and supplies.
- Manage maintenance and repair costs within budget.
Directly participate in and guide staff to repair machines in necessary cases.
Management of basic construction. Participate in the process of designing, estimating, and managing the implementation of capital construction investment items.
Plan and carry out maintenance work according to the planned schedule.
- Effectively manage and control working hours, maximize efficiency and minimize overtime within the norm.
Repair damaged equipment quickly to ensure production progress.
Management of machinery records in the factory.
- Organize the assessment of environmental sanitation in the factory and assess the environmental impact according to regulations.
Management, recruitment, and training of personnel.
- Develop and implement a new employee training plan; Evaluate and train potential employees create a cross training plan for employee.
- Evaluate the performance of employee and propose appropriate reward schems to motivate and promote work performance.
- Arrange positions and jobs for affiliated employees and organize skill tests.
Make monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.

Other requirements (if any): Experience in manufacturing company is advantage.
Priority: Speak English, use Autocad.
Gender / Age / Health: Fale/ 25- 45 age / Good.
Foreign language /computer skill level: Able to speak English / Office information.
Years of experience required in the company: 2 Years.
Competencies/skills: Handling people, leadership skills, handle pressure, hardworking.
Education/professional qualifications: ≥ College / technical knowledge.
