DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build the plans and strategies of Sales
Develop and implement short- term and long- term strategies and plans for Sales department to ensure the company&039;s revenue&039;s targets.
Synthesize, analyze, evaluate data, collect information from the market to propose suitable business strategies for each period.
Search, maintain and expand relationships with customers
Combine with CS Dept. to feedback & solve customers&039; problems.
Manage and maintain the customer base; constantly enhance and improve customers&039; satisfaction.
Directly searching, expanding and increasing new sources of customers who need to use international freight services from/to Vietnam, North America, Europe and other countries.
Internal management
Build and develop Sales process. Implement periodical evaluation of Sales processes and continuously improve innovation.
Propose to reward/reprimand/discipline Sales staff base on case- by- case.
Support, participate in the recruitment process of Sales staff
Develop goals and KPIs for Sales Department.
Develop training programs, direct training to ensure the quality of Sales staff, evaluate employee performance periodically.
Supervise the activities of Sales staff, speed up the progress, quality and capacity of Sales staff&039;s work.
Plan of Sales team&039;s activities & organize the implementation. Report periodically as required by BOD.
Make decisions within the internal Sales department and propose BOD of the policies and solutions of Sales
REQUIREMENTS:
Education Background
Graduated from universities majoring in Foreign Trade, Logistics, economics, business administration or other related majors.
Good knowledge of transportation laws and regulations.
Good knowledge and experience of forwarding (sea freight, air freight), import- export, transportation, customs.
Good knowledge of logistics or companies specializing in forwarder.
Experience
Good MS Office.
Priority is given to strong experience of North America and Europe routes both sea/air.
2- 3 years of experience or more in the position of Sales leader/manager in the freight forwarding or import- export industry; overseas work experience is preferred.
Have a certain customer base;
Familiar with various shipping companies;
Language: Fluent in English, Chinese is preferred.
