Lifting Supervisor - Giám Sát Thiết Bị Nâng Hạ

Planning & CoordinationDevelop plans and schedules for lifting equipment (PTTB) and manpower to support operation and lifting activities.Monitor equipment operation status, resolve issues, and make necessary adjustments to meet customer requirements.Compile and submit periodic reports on PTTB performance as a basis for maintenance and repair planning.Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts for fuel, lubricants, and spare parts consumption.2. Site Coordination & SupervisionCoordinate with plant workshops, internal departments, and clients to receive and execute requests for lifting equipment.Supervise lifting and transportation operations to ensure safety and efficiency.Plan, organize, and oversee lifting activities at construction sites.Supervise the operation, assembly, and dismantling of 1250T cranes; organize regular maintenance and repair work.3. Technical Management & TrainingManage and study manufacturers’ technical documents to develop operation, maintenance, and dismantling manuals for lifting equipment.Organize and conduct internal training for operators and technicians on operation, maintenance, and dismantling procedures.

Requirements:
Education & Experience

For fresh graduates:Bachelor’s degree with Good or higher GPA, majoring in Mechanical Handling, Automotive Engineering, or Construction Machinery.
For experienced candidates:Prior experience as a Lifting/Equipment Coordination Supervisor or in similar lifting operation management roles.

Other Requirements

Strong English communication and documentation skills_ Equivalent to TOEIC 650 or aboveGood organizational, coordination, and problem- solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic construction environment.
