About the job
This is a full- time on- site role for a Legal Executive (Open Level) in Ha Noi. The Legal Executive will oversee legal matters related to the company’s operations, draft and review legal documents, assist with negotiations and review contracts, ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations, and conduct legal research as necessary.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and evaluate legal documents and contracts related to the company&039;s business operations.
Assist and counsel the BOD/ Business Unit on legal matters in commercial and investment- related negotiations with partners and clients.
Provide legal advice and adhere to all legal requirements for the operations and investments of the Head Office and its subsidiaries.
Personalized experiences and interactions should be created for users and consumers across all touch points including online and offline contact channels.
Manage the legal affairs of the company&039;s investment portfolio.
Resolving issues during legal conflicts, particularly those involving state entities.
Carry out additional legal department responsibilities as delegated by the line manager and BOD.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field
Fluent in both Vietnamese and English
Ability to work independently and in a team
Experience in consulting with global partners and clients.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
Good understanding of Vietnam&039;s legal system and regulations
Experience in working and solving issues related to state agencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
At least 2+ years of experience working as a Legal Executive, Legal Counselor, or similar role
Experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation
