JOB TITLE Leasing Manager
As the Leasing Manager, you will work independently or/and lead a small team within Leasing Department as assigned and support Head of Department to deliver company and department KPIs.

Do leasing work: Do leasing work independently. Responsible for tenancy negotiations (including rental rates, lease duration, and tenant obligations, etc.) for all tenants (new and existing tenant). Manage the full leasing process, from initial inquiry, signing contracts, tenant opening, renewing contract to preterminating of lease.
Ensure achievement of allocated budget against leasing targets set in line with the Center Leasing Concept (such as: revenue, occupancy rate, rental rate, etc.)
Retail and Leasing planning: develop and implement leasing plans to attract new tenants and retain existing ones. Propose ideas and plans in terms of trade mix, brand mix, rent in order to achieve shopping mall’s desired position, image and business objectives.
Tenant relationship: Act as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing their inquiries, complaints, and concerns to ensure satisfaction and build strong, long- term relationships.
Reporting and analysis: monitor market trends, research competitor activities and tenant sales performance. Prepare regular reports on leasing status and performance to management.
Team management: support Senior Leasing Manager to manage the leasing team
• Manage the leasing team to ensure achievement of performance against leasing targets (including revenue, occupancy rate, rental rate, etc.) and approved budget
• Following up with Leasing team on leasing transactions, follow- up on transactions and support the team in concluding deals.
• Motivating, providing guidance and training to leasing staff to comply with company policy and achieve company as well as department KPIs.
Budget management: support Senior Leasing Manager to prepare the annual rental budget and rental forecast.
Compliance: ensure all leasing activities and contracts comply with company policy, SOPs, regulations and legal requirements.
Work across departments: co- ordinate closely with other departments (Lease Management, Marcom, Operations, Finance, etc.) to align leasing activities with broader business goals.
