Learning and Organization Development
Build a learning atmostphere that promote proactive learning attitude and habits
Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, workshop, online learning, designed development program)
Create annual L&OD agenda based on individual and organizational development needs, using the competencies framework
Manage relative reports and do frequent analysis to adjust initiatives when needed
Design and deliver learning courses, workshops and other trainings when needed
Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
Lead talent management activities (assessment, initate and follow up development plan, propose talent engagement and/or talent exchange)
Measure the effectiveness of learning & development program based of KPIs (timeframe, budget, users’ experience, excellent execution and capability enhancement of employee).
Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
Ensure operation compliance with the existing process, systems, reports and analysis
. Performance Management
Propose to enhance quality of performance management, inclusing system, process and members’ exposure.
Be the COE in the goal setting, goals reviews process: work with HO COE, with local managers, and members to ensure the goals (inclusive of probation goals and annual goals) are set and review properly in terms of timeframe and goal setting requirements for different employee groups. Conduct training, instruction and audit of every cycle to ensure the right results.
Ensure proper execution for annual Talent Review cycle.
Ensure operation compliance with the existing process, systems, reports and analysis

Involve in trainee program project (lead the development part) Propose and manage budgets of all above tasks. Drive activities with cost effective approaches
Have opportunity to become HRBP for one function for business involvement and career enhancement when appropriate
Involve in other HR teams’ activities and projects or tasks (when needed)
