Job Description:
Coordinate the implementation of the corporate learning culture development program.
Conduct training evaluations, perform data analysis, and generate training reports.
Coordinate the creation of content in E- learning systems.
Act as a trainer for soft skills development among employees.
Coordinate and implement talent and core team development initiatives.
Plan and execute training foundational knowledge activities for employees.
Contribute actively to Learning and Development department events and activities.
Coordinate the implementation of technology and leadership training programs.
Maintain training data in the Learning Management System and other relevant systems.
Monitor progress and costs associated with training courses and programs.
Undertake any additional duties or tasks as needed by the L&D Lead.

Job requirements:
Must have
Intermediate problem- solving, design (images, clips, etc.), and communication skills.
Excellent public speaking skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both in writing and orally.
Positive, proactive, and self- learner mindset.
Good- looking appearance.
Minimum two years of professional experience in a similar position.
Ability to approach, influence, and inspire others towards learning and development activities.
Service- oriented with strong customer care, analytical thinking, and innovation skills.
