Leader Developer (Fintech, Ecommerce)

Collaborate with the PM to plan and manage the project, oversee the team to ensure overall performance, and achieve project goals.
Troubleshoot and debug applications, gathering and addressing technical and design requirements.
Participate in the process of building and maintaining various internal websites.
Ensuring the user interface is developed sensibly and is compatible across multiple devices and different browsers.
Participate in the project as a Team leader.
Engage in the entire application lifecycle, with a focus on coding and debugging to write clean code for functional web applications.
Develop reusable code and libraries for future use, and collaborate with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify new features.

Proficient in task delegation and monitoring according to procedures.
Minimum 1 year of experience in an equivalent position.
Capable of handling situations and providing team support.
Previously managed teams ranging from 3 to 10 members.

Base salary: 20,000,000- 35,000,000 VND
Allowance: Lunch and dessert allowance.
Annual salary review
