Labor Safety Executive

Act as liaison with all related governmental officers and regulating agencies
Coordinate with related departments in areas of safety, including first aid, CPR, accident prevention and investigation, workplace inspections, and other matters related to implementing safety procedures in The Grand Ho Tram.
Evaluate the status of legal compliance in the field of safety and industrial hygiene, propose and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Liaise with the fire department regarding emergency procedures, communications, and fire safety education programs to improve the status of safety compliance and increase Company’s safety culture
Prepare safety training materials and conduct safety training courses to all employees/ contractors.
Prepare related safety guidelines, standards, procedures, checklist, and forms as per requirements of system and instruction of Safety Superintendent.
Lead the labor safety meetings and incident investigation
Assume other administrative duties as assigned.
Increase health and safety awareness at all levels within the organization
In charge of all activities of the Labor Safety
Support in process of Risk Assessment/ Register and tracking
Prepare regular reports and statistics on safety performance.
Identify hazards, conduct regular safety audits, and advise on corrective actions and preventive countermeasures

Microsoft knowledge is required.
Well organized, multitask, detail oriented, problem solving.
Bachelor Degree in HSE or related field / Certified OHSAS 18001 Auditor is a plus.
Basic understandings of building and compliance with Safety Management System such as OHSAS 18001:2007.
Ability to communicate in the local language and English both verbally and nonverbally.
At least 4 years working in Labor Safety /HSE Engineer for Foreign companies/contractor in large- scaled industrial plant project (hospitality, power, cement, oil refinery etc.).
Exceptional and professional communication & presentation skills, both oral and written.
Ability to act and understand a sense of urgency.
Good understanding of safety management principles / legal requirements in field of Occupational Safety and Industrial Hygiene.
Must be able to work self- directed, handle a fast- paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, and work under pressure and meet deadlines with particular attention to detail.
