The Senior Executive- Learning & Development is responsible for coordinating and implementing learning and development initiatives to enhance associate competencies and support organizational growth.
This role involves partnering with business stakeholders and management of external vendors (if any) to identify training needs, developing relevant learning materials, manage the delivery of relevant training programs and facilitate the promotion of a culture of continuous growth.
What You Will Do
Participate in assigned projects and promote continuous improvement and innovation in HR processes, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Design and develop learning programs and content as per the assigned topics, leveraging modern learning theories/ methodologies and instructional design principles to create impactful and engaging experiences.
Manage external training vendors, sourcing specialized development programs, negotiating terms, and ensuring delivery quality and adherence to organizational standards.
Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality frameworks applicable to the role and assigned projects.
Perform other tasks as assigned by Managers.
Conduct learning needs analysis and manage learning offers accordingly for the assigned department(s) via partnering with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and ensure alignment of programs with organizational priorities in collaboration with department Training Coordinators & HRBPs (if any).
Assist in promoting a culture of continuous growth within the assigned department(s).
Coordinate and deliver learning initiatives, managing end- to- end scheduling, logistics, and execution of in- person, virtual, and blended programs, including e- learning and instructor- led sessions.
Ensure adherence to HR governance, compliance, and company policies, maintaining accurate documentation and mitigating risks.
Administer relevant Learning Management System (LMS), overseeing course catalog management, participant tracking, reporting/ utilizing training effectiveness data to ensure data accuracy, enhancements when needed.
What You Are Good At
Demonstrated experience in coordinating training programs and developing learning materials.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Certifications in training, facilitation, or instructional design are an advantage.
Confident, high energy, enthusiastic and passionate.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in training related, IT industry experience will be an advantage
Ability to lead and motivate, handle multiple tasks effectively and analyze data
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e- learning authoring tools is preferred.
Strive for continuous improvement, developing people, teamwork, flexible thinking, building relationships.
Good interpersonal skills, excellent attitude, can work under high pressure, be able to prioritize workload with good time management.
Excellent communication skills both in English and Vietnamese, be able to work at all levels, well organized and detail oriented.

Proven professional experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related HR function.
