Main Purpose & Objectives
• To ensure deliver sales values/ volume target of the accounts
• To ensure effectiveness of channel sales planning and activation of sales & marketing campaigns
• To ensure efficiency of modern trade account trading term management and assist Key Account Manager on KA business development
Role Accountabilities & Challenges
• Planning & Budget control:
Monitor MT budget allocated by accounts, actual expenses by month, brands
Coordinate with TM, distributors to follow up accrual & budget control
Maintain productivity, building forecasts accuracy for the accounts
Assist KAM to develop account planning through and cross functional development to meet sales target
• Data management:
Develop & maintain customer database with detailed records.
Consolidate MT report, competitors trade activities (promotion, NPD, sampling activation, pricing, ...)
Analyse business trends, coordinate with KAS to follow MT strategies, control and use effective sales promotion, others trade activities at the stores level.
• Administrator & execution:
Customer card
Settlement update with distributor
Coordinate with others function to ensure good results for MT activation, MT visibility
