CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Market Strategy: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to propose effective business strategies for the target industries.
• Key Account Management (KAM): Develop, maintain, and expand strategic relationships with top- tier clients in the Southern region.
• Sales & Business Growth: Directly responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets/KPIs for the assigned strategic client segment (Key Accounts).
DETAILED TASKS:
BUSINESS PLANNING & REPORTING:
• Provide regular reports to management on business results, analysis of sales performance, and the competitive landscape.
• Monitor and synthesize daily/weekly/monthly KPIs for the team and the Key Account portfolio.
• Gather Market Intelligence on industry trends, competitor products, and the equipment investment needs of Key Accounts.
• Develop detailed sales plans quarterly/annually, including sales goals, market penetration strategies, and the Key Account list (KAM list) development plan.
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & RELATIONSHIP DEVELOPMENT:
• Ensure high Customer Satisfaction, proactively conducting visits, surveys, and resolving issues promptly to solidify a sustainable partnership.
• Negotiation & Contract Drafting: Prepare, present, and negotiate large- scale sales agreements/framework contracts meticulously and profitably.
• Serve as the Main Point of Contact, providing strategic support and comprehensive solutions to maximize product efficiency and profitability for the client.
• Develop and implement special care programs/customer loyalty programs to enhance engagement and increase the customer retention rate.
OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT & SALES EFFICIENCY:
• Ensure that Key Account sales and service activities are performed transparently and achieve high profit efficiency.
• Manage the sales process, from order placement to installation, ensuring goods are delivered in full, of the correct type, on time, and at an optimized cost.
• Coordinate with the warehouse department to monitor inventory of main equipment and spare parts, minimizing the risk of stock- outs that could impact KA service.
