Key Account Manager

Manage sales activities, negotiations, and listing new products in the Modern Trade (MT) channel including Mega, Central Retail Vietnam, Saigon Co.op, WinCommerce, Lotte, Aeon, Emart, Bach Hoa Xanh, CVS, Beauty & Healthy, etc.
Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with buyers and category teams within assigned retail accounts.
Develop strategic plans to grow sales and expand product listings within assigned key accounts.
Develop sales plans and effectively implement monthly promotional programs.
Proactively handle and resolve issues arising during business operations with customers.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitors to propose suitable business strategies.
Yêu cầu công việc
Gender: Male/Female.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in Personal Care / Consumer Care / Baby Products industries.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Good problem- solving and customer management skills.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Experience working with Modern Trade (MT) channels and major retail chains.
Good English communication skills.
Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
