To support our growth, we are seeking a junior Key Account Executive (MT channel- Offline), who will support the development and execution of sales activities and business strategies with key trade partners (supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience chains, etc.). You will play a key role in ensuring strong in- store execution, maintaining relationships with buyers, and driving sales performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Account Management:
Negotiate trade terms, contracts, and promotion schemes.
Manage and build relationships with key modern trade partners & distributor partners.
Manage funds and record expenses of incharged channels
Coordinate and follow up on orders, deliveries, and payment collections.
Support in preparing annual business plans and promotional calendars for key accounts.
Sales Execution:
Ensure product visibility, stock availability, and promotion implementation at the store level.
Work closely with the Distributor Sales Team & merchandising teams to maintain planogram compliance and the right display in- store.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
Support in manage sales team (PG, PB, sales supervisors)
Data & Reporting:
Internal Coordination: Liaise with Supply Chain, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Analyse sales performance and provide timely reports and insights to the Manager.
Prepare required paperwork and documentation as assigned.
Support in sales forecasting and promotion evaluation.
Other tasks as assigned by line manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
Solid understanding of MT channel operations and key workflows
Detail- oriented, customer- focused, and capable of working under pressure.
Willing to travel to stores and collaborate closely with field teams.
Competent in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ready- to- work and ready- to- improve attitudes.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
Minimum 1 year of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Trade Marketing, with hands- on experience managing at least one MT/GT channel – preferably in FMCG or Consumer Goods.
Nice- to- have:
Existing good relationships with major MT chains will be a strong advantage.
Experience in supervising and coordinating with merchandising teams (PG/PB) in the MT channel.

Salary upto 18M (nego depending on experience) + Allowances + KPI commission (if any)

13th salary for more than 1 year of employment above, and performance- based bonus: based on company performance, year- end evaluations, and the employee&039;s tenure.
Social insurance contribution on the gross salary, social insurance in probation.
Working time: 40 hours/ week. Weekend day- offs are Sunday and Monday.
