Kế toán Tài sản/ Asset Accountant

Conduct periodic physical inventory of fixed assets and operating equipment (monthly, semi- annual, and year- end).
Prepare monthly and annual fixed asset movement reports.
Reconcile asset records with accounting books and investigate discrepancies.
Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register, including monthly and annual asset additions, disposals, and transfers.
Prepare asset handover documentation and ensure proper transfer of asset responsibility to relevant departments.
Provide asset- related analysis and reports upon management request.
Calculate and record depreciation of fixed assets and tools/equipment in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
Support internal and external audits by providing relevant asset documentation and reports.
Prepare disposal documentation and coordinate asset liquidation procedures.

Solid understanding of asset management, depreciation, and financial control processes.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience; prior experience in Asset Accounting within a 4–5 star hotel or resort is highly preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
Strong analytical mindset with good communication and teamwork skills.
Detail- oriented, trustworthy, and highly responsible.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software; familiarity with PMS systems (Opera, Smile, Sun, etc.) is an advantage.
