Junior Scrum Master - Shopify App Development (Salary Up To 30M)

Responsible for promoting & supporting Scrum by helping everyone understand Scrum theory, practices, principles and values.
Eliminate obstacles that are blocking the team&039;s progress and create a collaborative environment.
Lead Agile development teams in the Scrum framework, ensuring task assignments, monitoring progress, and maintaining schedule adherence.
Proactively assess project risks and issues; Plan to minimize/resolve risks and provide timely information and reporting to relevant parties
Maintain clear documentation of Scrum processes and outcomes.
Provide support for evaluating developer performance and facilitate continuous improvement.
Oversee task implementation, ensuring work meets quality standards and project requirements.
Facilitate collaboration between teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
Ensure Scrum event take place, positive & productive within timebox.

Familiar with engineering best practices ( CICD, automation) is preferred.
Excellent communication and problem- solving skills.
Basic understanding of software development processes.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
Strong Agile expertise and familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem.
Good English communication skills.
2–4 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role.
Proven experience managing delivery for software or SaaS products.
Experienced in training, coaching, mentoring different roles, e.g., Product Owner, Designer, Developer, Tester is a plus.
Familiar with common tools, Jira, Confluence, Trello, Click- up, SonarQ is preferred.
Demonstrated leadership and continuous learning mindset.
