In this role, you will:
Assist with tax matters and support audit procedures.
Assist in the preparation of monthly statutory reports.
Oversee bookkeeping tasks and ensure accurate entries in accounting systems or records.
Review supporting documents for operating costs, including staff claims, in compliance with current tax and accounting regulations and the company&039;s internal procedures.
Collaborate with the team to streamline and support various financial processes.
Perform other finance- related tasks as assigned by the team lead or manager.
Prepare tax declarations on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, ensuring timely and accurate submissions and payments.
Monitor and update purchase order files daily.
What you will bring:
Good English communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
