ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Junior Marketing Executive (B2B) to join our in- house marketing team.
This is a hands- on junior position for individuals eager to learn, gain practical experience, and grow in a B2B marketing environment.
In this role, you will support both the Sales and Marketing teams by helping with research, organising information, and assisting with day- to- day marketing tasks. Your work will help ensure the team has clear, well- prepared information to support business activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation & List Building
Assist in collecting and organizing company and contact information
Support the research and building of targeted B2B lead lists
Use tools such as Apollo (training provided) to support lead research and outreach preparation
Ensure lead data is accurate, structured, and easy for sales to approach
SEO Content & On- Page
Create English B2B content
Update existing content based on instructions and feedback
Follow content plans and SEO guidelines
Execute basic on- page SEO tasks (titles, headings, meta descriptions, internal links, image alt text)
Reporting & Process
Assist with channel monitoring by checking performance and activity, and promptly reporting unusual results or urgent issues to the Manager
Support weekly reporting by collecting and organizing basic marketing metrics into standard report templates
QUALIFICATIONS
Good time- management and task- management skills
Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English
Basic understanding of marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio)
Willing to learn and take feedback
Detail- oriented with basic analytical thinking
Minimum 1- 2 years’ experience in B2B Marketing.
Comfortable working with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
