Salary Range: Negotiation (Competitive, based on experience level)
Your key responsibilities will include
Core Design Execution (For all levels)

Collaborate directly with Product Owner to capture requirements and transform them into effective UI/UX solutions.
Ensure design consistency across mobile apps and ERP portals.
Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high- fidelity mockups using Figma.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve user experience.

Leadership & Strategy (Specific to Senior / Lead Level)

Strategic Alignment: Partner with senior stakeholders (Product Head, CTO) to translate business goals into measurable, user- centered design strategies.
Process Improvement: Establish and refine the end- to- end design process, including efficient design handoffs and quality assurance standards with the Engineering team.
System Ownership: Build, maintain, and manage a scalable Design System in Figma to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality across all product lines.
Mentor and provide constructive guidance to other Designers, contributing to the growth of the local Design team.
Design Vision: Define and champion the overall UX Vision for the entire iCondo product ecosystem.

Mandatory Requirements (For all levels)

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
At least 2+ years of proven working experience in UI/UX Design for web and mobile applications;
Mandatory: Proficiency in Figma (design systems, components, prototyping);
Good English communication skills – able to discuss requirements, clarify feedback, and present design concepts directly to Product Owner.
Strong logical thinking, open mindset with proactive, can- do attitude.
Experience with enterprise or ERP systems is advantageous;
Strong understanding of user- centered design principles and responsive design;
Service, product, and UX design skills;
Bachelor’s degree in Design, or related fields;

Additional Requirements for Senior/Lead Level

Demonstrated ability to influence product strategy and articulate how design decisions impact business results.
Senior/Lead Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of total UI/UX experience, with at least 2 years in a Senior or Lead capacity, driving major design initiatives.
Proven track record of building and maintaining a Design System for complex products.
Experience with enterprise or ERP systems is highly advantageous (mandatory for Lead).

Nice to have

Experience with design handoff to developers;
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for better collaboration with engineers;
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.

International Opportunity: This role requires periodic onsite work in Singapore for several months each year to align closely with the core team, product strategy, and key stakeholders.
