Junior Developer – Software Development

WE NEED YOU:

Research, design, and build automation solutions (RPA) using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents) or other relevant technologies.
Contribute ideas and solutions to improve system performance, scalability, and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with business teams to analyze requirements, propose appropriate technical solutions, and ensure deliverables meet user needs.
Develop and maintain internal systems for the company or participate in external software development projects as required.
Develop internal tools and applications to support process automation and workflow optimization.
Write and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and provide internal technical support when needed.
Perform other technical tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Must have:

Ability to work with SQL Server databases.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
Strong understanding of Object- Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
Proficiency in C programming language.

Nice to have

Proactive, responsible, and passionate about technology and automation.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, JQuery, or other front- end frameworks.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform or other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
Having real project experience or demo products is a strong plus.
Experience with .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC (C) frameworks.
Good teamwork, problem- solving, and fast- learning abilities.
