Job description
We are looking for a talented BIM Architecture modeler and 2D drafter for our office in Ho Chi Minh. Therefore, you will be in charge of the following tasks:
3D Modeling: Develop detailed models for residential units, office layouts, and luxury hotel spaces, including façades, structural elements, finishes, and vertical circulation (stairs, elevators). Ensure coordination with MEP systems and accurately represent custom finishes and unique architectural details for high- end projects.
Renderings: Produce realistic visualizations from BIM models, highlighting materials, lighting, and architectural features for client presentations and design reviews.
Coordination: Collaborate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure proper integration and resolve clashes.
Drawing Production: Generate construction documents, floor plans, elevations, and sections from the model.
Data Management: Maintain and update the model with accurate materials, finishes, and building data.
Compliance: Follow industry codes, standards, and project- specific BIM guidelines.
Support: Assist architects and project teams in design revisions and troubleshooting.
2D sections and portfolio: Realise 2D sections and update along with the contractor documents as well as build from scratch portfolios for 2D coordination
Job Requirements
Graduated from universities specializing in Architecture.
Proficient skills in English;
Proficient skills in Revit, Good skill in CAD, Lumion, Enscape…
Ideally having a first working experience ( 1 to 2 years), but fresher are also encouraged to show their interest.
