To handle sales leads and coordinate with JP network to gain new business and agree on common targets to develop. To animate monthly calls with CEVA JPN on mutual developments and greed verticals to focus on
To study the market inclusive, but not limit of competitors, carriers, manufacturers to be updated market trends, fluctuation, changes.
To achieve the number of prospect visits and client’s visits defined by GM Sales
To protect the company’s benefit by strictly complying all policies, regulations.
To maintain CRM accurate constantly: interlocutors, meetings reports, quotations, traffic
To cooperate with other related departments/ divisions during performing the assigned job.
To create competitive offers to such prospects with the support of Sales Assistant
To complete the committed budget by developing business with the identified targets
To identify sales opportunities, to obtain sales leads and coordinate with overseas network to gain new business
To seek for new customers whose profile match the strategy defined by VN GM sales
To report to direct manager or higher levels when required
Weekly reporting to GM Sales under agreed template
To develop market share with existing customers
To complete the assigned job when required
Team Management:
Plan and monitor team performance including give coaching and counselling needed to deliver expected outcomes
Plan and monitor team development together with HR Division
Ensure and monitor team compliance to the CEVA’s Code of Conduct and Company’s regulations
Ensure team understanding and implementation on CEVA’s Value in daily work behaviors
Ensure updated Job Description availability for the team by coordinating with HR Division
Ensure all changes in Department / Section socialized properly to the team
QHSE
Maintain acceptable Health, Safety and Environmental risk levels in his/her area of responsibility
Ensure the compliance with applicable legal requirements
Participate in the set- up and follow- up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency
