Job objective:
Our client is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant for a full- time on- site role located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. As a Senior Tax Accountant for a Japanese real estate development company, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, preparing and filing tax returns, analyzing financial statements for tax implications, and liaising with tax authorities.

Key tasks:
Assist, prepare reports and provide documents for an internal, external audit, and tax departments when required.
Other tasks when required.
Assist CFO carry out tax projects to improve tax compliance, reduce tax risk and substance tax position.
Combine with team members to compare tax reports and accounting reports.
Timely provides support on finance events such as final statutory audit, tax audit, internal audit or any other activities that are not anticipated.
Main in- charge for preparation of tax returns, including corporate Income Tax, Personal income tax, Value Added Tax, Foreign Contractor Tax, annex Transfer pricing and others report for tax authority.
Review all kinds of payment documents and tracking the payment compliance from tax perspective and internal rule.
Preparing bank payments, bookkeeping and reconciliation related to GL, AR, and AP detail at the end of the month, and quarter.
Timely address tax concerns of other business team.
Keeps up to date with changing tax laws, analyses the implication and timely consult to management.
Checking, record input documents, prepare output to ensure following tax regulation.
Help to do internal audit with other Corporate Department staffs based on the command of Chief Compliance Officer
Review all kinds of contracts & relevant supporting documents from tax perspective to ensure compliance with both internal & external policies.
