Japanese Speaking Project Manager

The Japanese Speaking Project Manager should be adaptable to navigating complex project requirements and be prepared for occasional travel to Japan for client and stakeholder meetings.
Responsibilities include coordinating with cross- functional teams, overseeing project milestones, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.

Good documentation and reporting ability in both English and Japanese.
PMP, Scrum Master, or relevant certifications are a plus.
Cross- cultural awareness and experience working in Japanese business environments.
Manage software development projects with Japanese client to ensure good communication with client, high quality delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with Japanese clients.
Strong understanding of SDLC, quality assurance, and delivery best practices.
Strong problem- solving and risk management skills.
Ability to lead multi- functional teams and coordinate between client and offshore/onshore teams.
Proven experience managing software development projects (Agile and/or Waterfall).
Participate in pre- sale to make proposals.
