JOB DESCRIPTION:
Coordinate with delivery teams and other departments to ensure project success.
Act as the main point of contact for problem- solving during project execution.
Actively seek new sales leads and opportunities, including presentations and proposal preparation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and negotiate contracts.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years of experience in sales, ideally with a focus on IT or outsourcing.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem- solving skills.
Understanding of IT outsourcing services and the Japanese outsourcing market is a plus
Excellent verbal, presentation- style, and written communication skills in Japanese (N1 or equivalent).
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
