JOB DESCRIPTION:
The job holder shall be responsible for IT support (Hardware & Software); IT system management and equipment management, details include but not limited to the below:
Manage networks servers and technology tools, set up accounts and workstations.
Daily follow up IT Helpdesk operation, administrate and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, fingerprint machine, cameras, other IT devices.
Explain and support staff for technical problems in the company.
Ensure security through access controls, backup and firewalls.
Build and develop documentation in compliance with company’s and ISO’s requirements (checklists, procedures, internal audits, training purposes,...), especially related to information security.
Install operating systems & softwares, troubleshoot and resolve PCs, laptops, printers, IT devices related problems.
Support in preparation of company events like summer trip, year- end party, women’s day,...
Propose, purchase and manage licenses, software, equipment and accessories.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have:
Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DFS file server systems, database administration (MySQL Server, SQL Server), and mail systems
Ability to work independently
Proficient in operating systems including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
Minimum 2 years of IT experience in PC/Laptop support and troubleshooting, server installation and administration, and network setup and maintenance
Install, configure, and administer Windows Server and Linux/Unix servers
Manage and operate virtualization infrastructure using VMware
Deploy and administer centralized monitoring and log management systems such as Grafana, Prometheus, Graylog, ELK Stack, etc.
Hands- on experience in deploying and managing antivirus and endpoint security solutions such as Kaspersky, Symantec, etc.
Good experience in Helpdesk support and IT system administration
Perform periodic data backup and restore operations, and regularly test and ensure data recovery capability
Manage and administer NAS storage systems
Good understanding of networking concepts, including VLANs, routers, switches, and workstations (laptops and desktops)
Nice to have:
Certification in IT Helpdesk Professional, MCSA, CCNA is preferred
Have strong verbal and written communication, customer service skills, and are able to multitask in a fast- paced work environment.
Good at written and verbal communication in English.
Bachelor degree or higher, majoring in IT engineering or related majors.
