IT Specialized Korean–Vietnamese Interpreter / Translator (Up to 40 Mil Vnd)-Contract 6 Months

Position Overview

Key areas include technical interpretation, documentation translation, and project communication support.
This position is responsible for providing professional Korean–Vietnamese interpretation and translation support for IT software development Head visiting from Korea. The role ensures clear and accurate communication between Korean IT teams and local Vietnamese IT, Operations, and Business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Interpretation (Korean ↔ Vietnamese)
• Interpret topics such as system architecture, API integration, mobile app development, IT operations, troubleshooting, and change requests.
• Provide real- time interpretation for meetings, workshops, on- site visits, and technical discussions.
• Bridge communication between Korean IT personnel and Vietnamese stakeholders to ensure alignment on project status, issues, and requirements.
Project Communication Support
• Support project coordination by ensuring clarity of schedules, deliverables, and expectations.
• Track communication items between Korea and Vietnam and follow up with relevant teams.
• Prepare meeting minutes and summarize key decisions and action items.
On- site Technical Support
• Assist communication during incidents or system failures to ensure timely information flow.
• Provide on- site interpretation during system demonstrations, store- level testing (e.g., POS, payment tests), or operational checks.
• Support Korean IT teams during business trips, including coordination with local departments.
