IT Specialist

Report: supporting to get reports as BODs’ requests from SAP, Lingdang system, and other reports about IT if needed.
Documentation: Documenting IT policies, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Security & Data Protection: Monitoring network security, implementing firewalls, and conducting data backups and disaster recovery plans. Coordinate with the Group IT Security team to address security alerts, vulnerabilities, and audit findings.
IT policy: implementing IT policies from Group, training employees about IT security.
System and IT infrastructure Management: Installing, upgrading, and maintaining server hardware, software, and network infrastructure (LAN/WAN).
Technical Support: Troubleshooting IT issues, resolving system outages, and managing user accounts. Managing user accounts, permissions, and access right in alignment with group policies.
Inventory Management: Managing IT hardware and software inventory.
Support: admin tasks as assigned.

At least 1 year of same position
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
Can communicate in English/Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of network protocols, operating systems (Windows/Linux/macOS), and hardware.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Information Technology, Business administration, Management or related field.
Good at communication and time management skills.
