About the Role:
As a Senior HR Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in building and scaling our IT team. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top- tier technical talent. Your expertise in the IT industry, combined with your strong talent acquisition skills, will be instrumental in driving our company&039;s growth.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in a fast- paced environment. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, build strong relationships with candidates, and deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Evaluate resumes, conduct initial screenings, and perform thorough interviews to assess candidates&039; technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to provide insights and guidance to hiring managers.
Manage the end- to- end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on recruitment metrics, progress, and challenges.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process and beyond.
Source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Requirements:
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Strong negotiation and influencing abilities to secure top talent while maintaining a win- win approach.
4+ YOEs as a Talent Acquisition, with a strong track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles.
In- depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, programming languages, and industry trends.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in English, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders.
