Job Summary:
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end- to- end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to offering the role and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and build strong pipelines of qualified candidates. Your expertise will ensure that we hire the best talent, contributing to the continued growth and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing feedback and a positive candidate experience.
Sourcing & Attraction: Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other sourcing strategies.
Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and manage offer paperwork.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each department and role, providing advice and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Employer Branding: Help build and promote the company’s employer brand through various recruitment campaigns and initiatives.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics to ensure KPIs are being met (e.g., time to hire, cost per hire, offer acceptance rate).
Job Advertising: Write and post compelling job descriptions across various platforms to attract top- tier candidates.
Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a consistent and effective interview process.
Requirements:
A results- driven approach, with the ability to adapt and problem- solve as needed.
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a talent acquisition role (typically 1- 3 years).
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously in a fast- paced environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, interviewing techniques, and candidate sourcing.
Familiarity with recruitment cycle
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred but not required).
