Investment Associate

Role Description:

Contribute to the continuous improvement of investment processes, tools, and methodologies.
Assist in evaluating investment opportunities, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, and market trends to identify risks and opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including fund managers, industry experts, and service providers.
Conduct research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
Support the preparation of investment memos, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Working with CFO to develop and execute investment strategies that align with the Company&039;s objectives.
Support other ad hoc projects and tasks as required by the investment team.

Qualifications:

Able to meet deadlines that may require working in the evenings and weekends when necessary.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics from a top- tier university. CFA, CPA, or ACCA is a huge advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Minimum of 2 years of working experience in start- up company as core member or in the fund management company, venture capital, or audit/ consulting company.
Must demonstrate a sense of honesty, and integrity, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, vision, and values of the fund.
Ability to handle multiple priorities, and work effectively under pressure. Exceptional attention to detail.
