International Sales Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated International Sales Manager to join our team. The International Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing international markets for our products, with a focus on distributor management, marketing, import- export, and managing large customers.
Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
Develop pricing strategies and manage product margins to maximize profitability.
Provide sales forecasts and input to support the overall business planning process.
Manage the import- export process to ensure efficient delivery of products to international markets.
Understand and analyze market trends to create effective marketing campaigns and increase brand awareness.
Analyze sales data and develop reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales and profitability of our coffee products in international markets.
Manage relationships with distributors and ensure they are meeting sales targets and objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with large customers and key accounts.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Strong understanding of marketing and import- export.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
Ability to travel internationally as needed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English is required. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
Proven experience in managing large markets and large customers.
Minimum of 10 years&039; experience in international sales and distribution management in FMCG industry
