Job Posting: Sales Specialist- Europe & US Region (Exhibitions & B2B Channels)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results- oriented sales professional to focus on expanding into new markets and driving business growth through premier European industry exhibitions and B2B channels. The successful candidate will serve as our "Brand Ambassador," effectively leveraging exhibition platforms to convert high- quality leads into long- term partners and deeply cultivate the European market.
Key Responsibilities:
Exhibition Strategy & Execution:
Proactively engage, screen, and secure high- potential leads at exhibitions, conducting professional business negotiations and building relationships.
Act as a key company representative, participating fully in the planning, preparation, and on- site execution of major European industry exhibitions (e.g., trade shows in Frankfurt, Milan).
Business Development & Account Management:
Systematically develop target clients through diverse B2B channels including exhibitions, LinkedIn, and industry databases.
Establish and maintain a professional Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, managing the sales funnel meticulously to track the entire journey from lead to close.
Sales Target Achievement:
Be responsible for meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets, with a particular focus on new customer acquisition and increasing market share in Europe.
Market Intelligence Feedback:
Serve as the company&039;s "eyes and ears" in Europe, gathering and reporting on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform company product and market strategy.
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in other European languages (e.g., German, French, Italian) is a significant advantage.
Exhibition Experience: Hands- on experience participating in B2B industry exhibitions in Europe, with a solid understanding of the exhibition sales cycle.
Cross- cultural Communication: Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with clients and colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Personal Attributes: Proactive, resilient, thrives in a fast- paced and challenging environment, and willing to travel frequently within Europe for exhibitions.
B2B Sales Acumen: Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience with strong capabilities in proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
Preferred Qualifications:
Sales experience within the home furnishings, lighting, construction materials, or related design- driven industries.
Familiarity with European and American market business practices and customer characteristics.
