Host Wellness Mission Program – Lead wellness activities, workshops, and sessions for guests and team members as part of the Six Senses host wellness mission.
Daily Guest Consultation & Program Recommendation – Engage with spa and wellness guests daily to conduct professional consultations, assess individual wellness needs, and recommend appropriate treatments, programs, and integrated wellness solutions aligned with guest objectives and Six Senses brand standards.
Conduct Wellness Screenings to understand guests’ wellness needs and goals, and design personalized wellness plans integrating Six Senses Wellness Programs and holistic wellness approaches.
Monitor Equipment & Supplies – Maintain wellness equipment and supply levels, conducting regular checks for safety, hygiene, and efficiency.
Provide and support a range of wellness activities, including paid services and complimentary sessions, to enhance guest engagement and overall experience.
Conduct Wellness Screenings – Perform comprehensive initial assessments to understand guests’ wellness needs and design personalized wellness plans integrating Sleep, Detox, Yoga, Ayurvedic Rejuvenation, and Personalized Wellness Programs, supported by holistic wellness approaches and fully aligned with Six Senses standards.
Lead Sleep & Integrated Wellness Programs – Develop, manage, and continuously refine signature wellness offerings, including Sleep with Six Senses, ensuring full alignment with Six Senses brand standards, clinical integrity, and guest experience expectations.
Provide specialized consultations and provide treatments within the practitioner’s area of expertise, ensuring safe and professional delivery.
Supervise Wellness Team – Guide and evaluate wellness team members to ensure consistent, high- quality service and guest care.
Develop, manage, and refine signature wellness offerings including Sleep with Six Senses, ensuring alignment with Six Senses standards and guest expectations.
Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate records of guest consultations, wellness program progress, inventory, and feedback to support service improvement.
Develop and conduct training sessions, workshops, and induction programs to align team members with Six Senses wellness standards and service delivery expectations.
Single Point of Contact for Wellness Guests – Act as the primary liaison for all wellness programs and packages from initial enquiry and confirmation through arrival, in- resort experience, departure, and structured post- program follow- up, ensuring continuity of care, consistency of wellness delivery, and an exceptional end- to- end guest journey.
Ayurveda Consultations and Specialized Treatments- Provide personalized Ayurvedic consultations and administer treatments such as Shirodhara , Abhyanga and Kati Vasti tailored to guest wellness goals.
Lead Detox, Ayurveda, Yoga & Personalized Wellness Programs – Design, implement, and oversee integrated wellness journeys incorporating detoxification, Ayurvedic principles, yoga, and individualized wellness prescriptions, in accordance with Six Senses standards and best practices.
Act as the primary liaison for wellness program guests from initial enquiry and confirmation through arrival, in- resort experience, departure, and structured post- program follow- up, ensuring continuity of care and an exceptional end- to- end journey.
Support Operations & Administration – Assist with departmental tasks and administration while maintaining alignment with Six Senses standards.
Oversee the delivery of all wellness programs and packages, ensuring high standards, consistency, and smooth guest flow.
