INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER

Report to: Production Manager
Production Data Analysis & KPI Control

Standardize data collection methods to ensure consistency and accuracy across production lines.
Detect performance deviations and abnormal trends through systematic data analysis.
Collect, verify, and analyze production performance data, including Output, OEE, Scrap rate, Downtime, and Overtime.
Design and maintain structured KPI reports and dashboards on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Prepare clear and concise performance reports to support management decision- making.

Productivity & Operational Efficiency Enhancement

Conduct manpower analysis, line balancing, and workflow optimization to improve operational efficiency.
Analyze and enhance plant layout and material flow to eliminate waste.
Support production capacity planning to reduce unnecessary overtime.
Perform time studies and establish standard cycle times.
Improve labor productivity by optimizing output per man- hour.

Continuous Improvement & Lean Implementation

Implement Lean Manufacturing practices such as 5S, waste elimination, and visual management.
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement projects.
Drive initiatives to reduce scrap and improve process efficiency.
Lead Kaizen initiatives and cost- reduction projects.

Problem Solving & Process Control

Develop and update SOPs to standardize best practices.
Support corrective and preventive action implementation (CAPA).
Improve process stability and minimize variation.
Conduct root cause analysis using structured methodologies (5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, 7 QC tools).

Capacity & Resource Optimization

Perform capacity studies and identify production bottlenecks.
Recommend workload balancing strategies across production lines.
Support production planning through equipment and manpower utilization analysis.

Hands- on experience in time study and line balancing is required.
Basic knowledge of statistical analysis.
Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
Good understanding of production KPIs and efficiency calculations.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred) or related Engineering discipline.
3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong knowledge of Industrial Engineering principles and methodologies.
Proven experience in productivity improvement and continuous improvement projects.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis).
