Asia Travel & Leisure (the holding company of Vietnam Travel, Laos Travel, Cambodia Travel & Myanmar Travel) is on the lookout for dedicated individuals to join us as Travel Consultants at our Head Office in Hanoi and Branch Office in Saigon. If you have a deep understanding of travel destinations and services in Vietnam & Indochina and possess exceptional English communication skills, we want to hear from you!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain up- to- date contracts with local suppliers and logistics partners.
- Design customized itineraries to match clients&039; preferences and budgets.
- Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Communicate with clients via in- person meetings, phone calls, or emails to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive research on various destinations and travel options, considering factors such as pricing, customs, and weather conditions.
- Handle booking modifications and address any complaints or issues promptly.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions with team members and management.
- Provide travelers with relevant information and materials to enhance their travel experience.
