Import & Export Supervisor

- Manage and supervise all customs clearance activities, ensuring compliance with regulations.- Handle customs finalization (liquidation) and prepare settlement reports in accordance with regulations.- Prepare and review customs documentation for import/export shipments.- Coordinate with internal departments (Logistics, Production, Accounting) and external parties (customs authorities, forwarders).- Monitor and update changes in customs regulations and ensure compliance.- Manage and train team members to improve performance and efficiency.- Handle issues related to customs clearance and provide solutions.- Prepare reports and perform other tasks as assigned by management.

- College degree or above in Logistics or related fields.- At least 3 years of experience in a Supervisor role in manufacturing companies.- Strong experience in customs clearance, customs liquidation, and settlement reporting.- Fluent in English- Advanced Excel skills and good data handling ability.- Strong leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills.
