HVAC SUPERVISOR - GIÁM SÁT ĐIỆN LẠNH

POSITION SUMMARY:

Ensures that the Hotels Pipeline, Boiler, Kitchen and Laundry equipment is operated in accordance with Wyndham Hotels Group standards to ensure maximum efficiency and guest satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure that house rules are followed and obeyed.
- Ensure punctual attendance and adherence to duty schedules by all boiler and maintenance associates.
- Complete the other tasks which assigned by the leader.
- Maintain Boiler, Pipeline, Kitchen and Laundry equipment and machinery record system for the property.
- Interact and cooperate with other departments when necessary to provide additional or specialized services for functions, promotions and festivities.
- Analyse and monitor energy costs and expenditures for the department.
- Assist Mechanical Technician with maintenance and repair when required.
- Conduct shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.
- Recommend to the Assistant Chief Engineer, new policies and procedures for a more economical operation and maintenance program.
- Ensure that personal grooming and hygiene standards are being observed by boiler and maintenance associates.
- Support and initiate programs for the improvement procedures and the reduction of energy and utility costs.
- Cooperate and communicates with other sections in the Engineering department.
- Assist in Engineering contract analysis.
- Interact and cooperates with Hotel guests and outside contractors as directed by his superior.
- Ensure all boiler and maintenance associates follow the Engineering Standards and Procedures as issued from time to time.

ABILITIES / KEY COMPETENCIES / SKILLS:
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
- Good communication skills.
- Good writing skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATES / EXPERIENCE:
- Diploma in Refrigerator & Air Conditioning, Engineering or equivalent
- 2 years of engineering experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
