Execute all C&B activities:
Payroll, PIT, Compulsory insurance, labor contracts, benefits, timesheets, annual leave, termination... of the designated entity
- Responsible for PIT activities for employees: tax code issuance; family circumstance deduction registration; monthly/ quarterly PIT declaration report. Conduct annual PIT Finalization.
- Manage and administer Labor contract practices.
- Synthesize and verify attendance report including: working days, annual leave, paid or unpaid leave ...
- Responsible for Social- Health- Unemployment Insurance activities for employees.
- Manage employee master data both online and in hard copies.
- Compute monthly Payroll and coordinate with Accounting to ensure timely and accuracy remittance for employees.

- Implement all reward and benefits policies for employees

HR System:
- Process monthly Payroll in the system to ensure timely and accuracy remittance for employees.
- Play a role of system owner to properly deploy all its functions.
- Implement and ensure timely and accuracy of employee database management in the system
- Take part in building up HR System as CJ Group&039;s direction

RECRUITMENT + TRAINING DEVELOPMENT (50%)
*Recruitment
- Work closely with hiring managers and partners to understand their hiring requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process
- Preparing documents, uniforms, equipment for new employees, orientation training, company tour
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements
- Recruiting vacant positions of the Factory (including workers, office staff,..)
*Training & Development
- Employer branding projects: initiatives, contents, fanpage management
- Support the development of corporate culture through internal activities
- Support, coordinate in developing training plan, preparing material and implementing internal & external training
- Organizing company events and monthly engagement activities for employees to boost morale
