HRBP Plant Specialist - Làm Việc Tại Bình Chánh

Coordinate staff activities to achieve expected outcomes and engagement.
Coordinate and organize internal communication sessions to ensure organizational information is cascaded effectively and responded to in a timely manner.
Build and maintain networks with Trade Union representatives to ensure legal requirements and procedures are updated promptly.
Ensure HR key processes, policies, and procedures are well communicated and adhered to.
Follow up on the Personal Development Plan (PDP) process and Performance Management System (PMS) to ensure timelines are met.
Coordinate with line managers to implement recruitment plans and training programs as scheduled.
Calculate monthly payroll and ensure accuracy and compliance.
Implement HR activities and initiate projects within the plants in alignment with HR strategies.
Participate in manufacturing- related activities, such as ACT NOW, GEMBA, Quality/SHE certifications, and other initiatives.
Do other tasks assigned by Line Manager (if any).
Location: Le Minh Xuan Industrial Park, Tan Nhat Commune, Ho Chi Minh City (Binh Chanh District) (Employee shuttle service provided).

Strong Time Management and Priorities Management Skills.

Project Management and Change Management Skills.
At least 2- 3 years of experience in Human Resources (Prefer FMCG industry, Manufacturing).
