Job duties:
- Manage HR team including 1 general HR, 1 general affair, 1 IT
➢ Ensure the management and operation of the HR team
- Human resource management
➢ Implementing the process of signing contract, terminating labor contract, handing over
➢ Implementing internal and mandatory training programs according to regulations and labor law
➢ Developing KPIs system, implementing the process of evaluating and rewarding employees
➢ Employee profile and documents management
➢ Training and giving orientation to new employees
➢ Monitoring, drafting and managing labor contracts
➢ Recruiting and arranging office and production personnel according to the requirements of the General Director and related departments
- Management of C&B
➢ Implementing and supervising the work of attendance management, salary calculation, social insurance, personal income tax
- Communication work
- Advising and proposing to the director board on issues in the field of human resources such as: organizational structure, training and recruitment, salary and bonus plans, welfare regimes for employees, regulations of labor law, handling situations occurring in production labor, issue between the company and employees or between employees, etc.
- Communicating and working with government departments: Social insurance, fire prevention and fighting, Labor management department, etc
➢ Transmitting documents, announcements, policies from the company&039;s management to employees
➢ Planning, reporting and implementing company events
- Other tasks assigned by director or from regional headquarter HR.
Requirements:
- Have a strong network and can deal with government departments: Social insurance, fire prevention and fighting, Labor management department, etc.
- Education Background: Bachelor&039;s Degree
- Language: English- Business Level
- Experience: At least 5 years of working experience in HR Management in production field
