What You’ll Be Doing:
Human Resource Strategy and Planning:
● Research and develop long- term human resource development strategies aligned with the company’s business orientation.
● Plan recruitment, training, succession, and development of the management team.
● Propose and advise the Board of Directors on strategic HR policies.
Recruitment and Talent Development:
● Build the employer brand and expand the pool of qualified candidates.
● Design training programs to develop skills and managerial competencies for employees and managers.
● Supervise and directly participate in recruitment activities.
Training and Development:
● Evaluate training effectiveness and propose improvements to enhance employee growth and retention.
● Build internal trainer networks and maintain annual training plans and budgets.
● Conduct training needs assessments across departments and levels.
● Develop onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
● Design and implement training programs to improve job performance, soft skills, and leadership capabilities.
C&B Management and Employee Relations:
● Promote engagement activities and improve employee experience.
● Resolve employee complaints and disputes in compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
● Develop competitive compensation systems to motivate employees.
● Ensure accurate and lawful implementation of timekeeping, payroll, social insurance, and benefits.
Performance Management and Organizational Development:
● Establish HR development plans and succession planning for the workforce.
● Analyze HR data to provide insights and propose improvements to organizational structure and workflows.
● Develop, implement, and monitor performance management systems.
● Design, deploy, and manage KPI and OKR frameworks to align individual, departmental, and company goals.
Administration Management:
● Plan and organize internal company events (team building, annual parties, employee recognition, holiday celebrations) to strengthen team cohesion and corporate culture.
● Manage IT staff, ensure stable system operations, and safeguard information security.
● Supervise administrative tasks: clerical work, assets, office equipment, and office supplies.
- Leadership and Team Management:
● Lead, develop, and manage the HR, IT, and Legal teams to ensure smooth departmental operations and collaboration.
● Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback for team members.
