Manage, oversee and maintain the administration and maintenance of the HRIS, ensuring it is up- to- date and functioning correctly.
Document workflows, processes and system configurations to ensure transparency and consistency, maintain compliance with data privacy and security standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving HRIS- related issues.
Continuously evaluate and improve the HR system, including recruitment, payroll, performance management and learning platforms.
Evaluate current HR processes and identify opportunities for automation and system enhancements, integrate HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and align with organizational needs.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Maintain HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data input. Audit HR data, troubleshoot irregularities and support data governance processes.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends and analysis.
Respond to HR data requests on ad- hoc basis by gathering, analyzing and reporting relevant data from various sources.
Collect and analyze HR data to inform strategies and decision- making.
Develop and maintain standard reports, customized reports, periodic reports of employee data, HR dashboards and develop relating reports.
Process and update employee data for HRM system.
System Support and Training
Address user inquiries and escalate complex issues to vendors as needed.
Work directly with vendors to resolve system issues, operate, maintain and upgrade the system, implement new features.
Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, maintain system quality and internal customer satisfaction.
Provide on- the- job and formal training to users on system functionalities and best practices.
Monitor system access and usage to protect sensitive employee data.
Project Management and Others
Develop & maintain KPI tracking system.
Manage timelines, resources and communication plans for system- related projects.
Manage, check and reconcile monthly budgets, prepare reports and analyze related costs.
Partner with relating stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of HRIS- related initiatives.
Lead or support HRIS projects, such as new module implementations, upgrades and integrations with other systems.
Have ability in data research and analysis, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience from 2- 3 years above in HRIS administration, HR data management or similar roles.
Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms, proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Power BI.
Project management experience and HRM System (Fast System) is a plus.
Knowledge of HR best practices, provide technical support and train staff.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
Excellent problem- solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues, have a responsibility mindset, honesty, attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in data management.
