Key Responsibilities
Admin C&B (60%)
• Assist with tasks related to personal income tax and social insurance.
• Monitor attendance data and update employee information.
• Manage employee records and documentation.
• Handle procedures related to employee resignations and leave requests.
Other Responsibilities (40%)
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
• Provide Chinese interpretation support and collaborate with department managers as assigned and guided by the HR Manager.
• Support activities within the scope of the Administration – Human Resources Department.
Key Requirements
• Quick learner, dynamic, and excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Minimum six month of experience in a similar position.
• Fluent in Chinese (listening, reading, and writing); English proficiency is an advantage.
