Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Manage the full- cycle recruitment process for back- office positions and support PBPG hiring for the sales team.
• Organize necessary work tools (laptops, accounts, etc.) for new hires.
• Post job openings and source candidates through various channels such as Vietnamworks, LinkedIn, Zalo, and Facebook groups.
• Schedule interviews with line managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
• Draft job descriptions (JD) based on hiring requirements.
• Prepare recruitment approval forms and offers for selected candidates.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist candidates.
• Develop recruitment plans based on department requests.
• Guide new employees through onboarding, including:
Setting up fingerprint attendance.
Completing HR paperwork.
Introducing new hires to teams and groups.
Designing welcome cards.
• Maintain and update recruitment reports regularly for the line manager.
• Research market trends, update recruitment strategies, and apply best practices.
• Provide support during the probation period (first two months) for new employees.
• Build and manage a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment vendors and agencies.
Internal Communication & Employee Engagement:
• Manage internal communication through channels like DingTalk and email.
• Plan and execute internal engagement events, including:
Teabreak sessions.
Monthly birthday celebrations.
Year- End Party (YEP), Christmas, International Women&039;s Day (8/3), etc.
• Promote company culture and support new employees in integrating into the team.
• Other tasks required by line manager.
Key Requirements
• Fluent in Chinese.
• At least 1 years of experience in recruitment and employee engagement.
• Experience in using recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
