- Manage budgets, cost control, and revenue performance
- Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures
- Lead, train, and motivate department heads and team members
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene standards
- Ensure high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Yêu cầu công việc
- Excellent problem- solving and decision- making abilities
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and service standards
- Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role in hotels or resorts
