Horeca Sales Executive

Execute daily sales activities :
- Order on time, push for better sales, arrange delivery, and collect money on time
2 Build relationships with customers and get good sales results:
- Make prompt action for troubleshooting, feedback, and report
3 Develop new customers to reach sales target:
- Make contracts and start deals with new customers
- Find business opportunities by researching and surveying the market
4 Analyze and review the result of activities to improve sales activities and make tactics :
- Support the sales manager in analyzing the business result and making a report

Education

Bachelor Degree,(prefer) in marketing, business administration, foreign trade, or related majors

Experience

At least 1- 2 years experience practical experience in sales of multinational companies, large companies in the food industry, or equivalent (prefer) relationship with customers

basic knowledge about meat, such as part name, hygiene issues, way to cook
Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of the food market
Familiar with co- operating with the internal marketing department for activations, sampling, etc.
Knowledge of sales in the food industry (especially with knowledge and understanding of products with short expiry dates)
Familiar with proposing and negotiating trade terms, margins, and contract

Soft Skills

Skills in: negotiation, problem- solving and executing

Special requirements
• Willing to have business trips regularly
• Under 30 years old
• Knowledge about business trade and food hygiene and safety
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• English
• Integrity, enthusiasm, high commitment, teamwork spirit
