Develop corporate, MICE, and leisure sales strategies.
Build relationships with key accounts and business partners.
Lead sales team to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ensure alignment with overall commercial objectives.

Have knowledge of sales strategies, MICE market, and CRM systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Have 5+ years of experience in hotel sales leadership roles.
