JOB DESCRIPTION
Material plan meets relevant production plan
Perform MRP daily/ Monthly to ensure met requirement from Production demand
Coordinate with Logistic department & Warehouse team to keep track delivery schedules including oversea & local suppliers
Monitor material stock quantity to minimize slow- moving & obsolete materials
Create material schedule, send to suppliers and get confirmation in fixed period
Coordinate with Bill of material team, Purchasing department & Quality controlling department & suppliers to monitor technical change of materials, ensure schedule to supplier is updated with the change
REQUIREMENTS
Strong English & Vietnamese communication skills
Ability to work in a fast- paced
Problem- solving skills
Commit to a minimum 6- month full- time internship
Knowledge about import/ export procedure, supply chain management
3 rd/ 4 th year students or graduates majoring in Logistics, Business Management, International Trading, etc.
