We’re expanding our Vietnam team and looking for a Supplier Coordinator who plays a crucial role in securing the right partners that drive the company’s growth. Your research, negotiation, and coordination directly impact overall operational success.
What You&039;ll Do:
Coordinate with the purchasing team and follow up on outstanding requests.
Support negotiation and communication with suppliers to secure the best pricing, MOQs, and timelines.
Maintain detailed records of supplier communication, quotes, and documentation.
Support cold outreach and discovery of new sourcing channels.
Track order progress, flag risks, and assist in communication between suppliers and purchasing teams.
Research and identify potential suppliers or distributors in Europe and the UK for trending or in- demand products.
Who We&039;re Looking For:
Open to fresh graduates
Organized and consistent in documenting conversations and decisions
Proficiency in English is required (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+)
Comfortable using Google Sheets (filters, basic formulas, templates) and Google Drive
Independent, proactive, and resilient team player with strong communication skills.

Working Hours & Probation:
Probation Period: Up to 2 months, during which both sides assess fit.
Official Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days/week (on- site).
